SMB began providing designs and precision phototools and manufacture in St Annes Technology park in Bristol and has recently moved to new premises in the seaside town of Weston super Mare.

• Design - Using Seetrax Ranger, Pads, Zuken Visular we can work both from our offices or on site.
  
  
• Capabilities include Surface mount for PTH and Multi layer, Blind via, buried via, micro via technology.
  
  
• Manufacturing Capabilities include Track and gap to below .004 and .004, smallest drill size down to 0.1mm, all finishes available, all types of circuit including flexi rigid and hybrid material bonding. All quantities catered for.
  
  
• All assembly requirements are also provided with 2 surface mount pick and place machines available, hand assembly available and BGA placement/removal and refit on an Ersa Station.
